With a surface area of 55 m², it can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, the flat comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 40 m² bordering the flat. Composition of the accommodation: \- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc., as well as a dining area \- 1 beautiful bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) \- An enclosed sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) \- A shower room with shower and window \- Separate WC with window For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A 10 m² terrace (south-west facing) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. \- A 40 m² shared garden The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment.
