It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows \- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed \- A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A north-west-facing balcony of approx. 4 m² with furniture for enjoying fine weather. The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: \- Hike around Lac de Gérardmer or on the marked trails of the Vosges. \- Relax on the lake's beach and enjoy a swim in summer. \- Hit the ski slopes or try tobogganing in winter at the Mauselaine ski resort. \- Explore the Mérelle waterfalls and climb up to the tower for a panoramic view. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence parking lot.
