It features an attractive 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor \- A 100 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area. \- A fully-equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom with bath and shower First floor \- Bedroom 2: two single beds \- Bedroom 3: a single bed and a cot \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather \- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden surrounded by the Vosges departmental estate, offering a peaceful, natural setting with a river nearby. The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Activities : Enjoy skiing in Gérardmer or La Bresse, as well as a wide range of water sports on Lac de Gérardmer. You can also enjoy hiking, dirtbikes, tennis, padel and much more at La Mauselaine in Gérardmer. In La Bresse, Verticales Vosges offers climbing, via ferrata, canyoning and many other adventures. When it comes to culture, Alsace is just 45 minutes away, with its renowned vineyards and a wide variety of museums. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage and parking lot or in front of the house. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: \- Nearest train station: Remiremont station 23 km away. \- Car required Other remarks : \- Free WiFi available (fiber optics). \- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided for the first flambé, no additional wood is supplied.- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €10/stay (two pets maximum), please specify when booking. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Allerdings war es nicht sehr gut gepflegt, es gab eine Reihe von Dingen, die nicht richtig funktionierten, darunter ein defektes Fenster, ein wackeliger Wasserhahn und Küchengeräte.
