  • In Gérardmer, on the hillside of Xettes (facing south), detached house, with open views of the lake, the city center and the Vosges mountains, you will be staying at the gîte des Aleys, completely renovated in 2015.

    Upstairs: 2 bedrooms for 2 people await you with 90 x 200 beds and cupboards, Bathroom (sink and shower) and separate WC
    On the ground floor: Large living room with play area for children, independent kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and its closet, 1 bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 and its wardrobe, hall bathroom (basin and shower) and separate WC.
    In the basement: Lingerie fitted with washing machine and dryer.
    Outside: large terrace, garden furniture, washing line
    Sheets are provided for the stay.

Very nice and peaceful place

We had a really good time. It was really peaceful and you can hike a lot and swim in the lake. The house is really big and has a lot of space for everyone. The terrace is also nice to eat and chill outside! We definitely want to come back!

Accueil : très agréable. Explications pour le chauffage, la gestion des déchets, le volets roulants électriques.La maison en général : grande pièce de vie. Connection Wifi, téléviseur. Petit plus : le sapin était posé et illuminé lorsque nous sommes arrivés.Equipements : lave-vaisselle fonctionnel. Four, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-onde tout est ok. N'avons pas utilisé les autres équipement (lave-linge etc...)Les extérieurs : nous avons eu beaucoup de neige pour Noël pour la plus grande joie des enfants qui ont pu faire de la luge qui étaient à disposition.NB : la maison n'est pas bruyante et nous n'entendions pas les pas à l'étage supérieur. Silence phonique !

SchönerAufenthalt

Wir waren 5 Personen mit 5 Motorrädern und hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Sohn der Vermieterin hatte uns sogar netterweise seine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet und die Lage ist wunderschön mit Ausblick zum See. Von dort kann man sehr schöne Touren fahren und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind optimal. Leider spricht die freundlche Vermieterin nur französisch was das ein-und auschecken erschwert , aber auch das kriegt man hin ;-) Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !

Gite exceptionnel!

Superbe maison où l'on reviendra certainement! Nous avons séjourné mi-août 2024 à 8 dans ce très beau gîte. Nous étions 3 adultes, 2 enfants de 4 ans, une enfant de 2 ans et 2 bébés de 18 mois et 9 mois. Les propriétaires, d'une gentillesse remarquables, nous ont mis à disposition tous le matériel nécessaires pour les petits. Nous sommes adons arrivés sans lits, sans poussettes, sans porte bébé de randonnée, sans pots... bref, le bonheur puisque tout était sur place! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, la vue est splendide et nous ne nous somme spas lassés d'admirer le lac depuis la maison. Vous pouvez venir séjourner ici les yeux fermés, la maison est accueillantes, les Vosges et ses habitants aussi. Encore merci, nos vacances étaient plus que réussies!

Une magnifique maison, très propre, spacieuse. On ne se lase pas de la vue sur le lac de Gérardmer. A proximité de tout, avec une multitude de chose à faire, répertoriés dans une farde par l'hôtesse. Bref, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. N'hésitez pas à y aller, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Amateurs de randonnées, les Vosges sont parfaites pour découvrir des paysages somptueux. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mme Marchal. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Elle est très spacieuse et lumineuse. La vue sur le lac est un bonus!!! Rien ne nous a manqué. La literie est de bonne qualité. Côté emplacement, au vu de nos activités, elle est idéalement située. Aucune réserve de notre côté et ce sera avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons!
