The property is conveniently located between downtown and the lake; all the shops are within walking distance; ski shuttle a few meters from the building. A children's playground is located 3 min.

It includes a living room, lounge with open kitchen.
The living room has an LED TV 102 cm and home theater.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette, melted unit.

Nice place to stay in Gerardmer

We loved our stay in this appartment. It's a nice and clean appartment with everything you need. The location is very good near the lake, and close to the centre of Gerardmer. Everything in walking distance.

Mooi appartement met veel faciliteiten

Een mooi nieuw appartement en aan veel is gedacht, van een broodrooster tot en met 2 sleetjes in de garage. Jammer was dat degene bij wie je kunt inchecken alleen Frans spreekt terwijl op de website wat anders gecommuniceerd staat. Deze meneer nam eerst de telefoon niet op en kwam vervolgens veel later dan beloofd, waardoor wij niet konden inchecken op het afgesproken tijdstip. Verder hebben wij het erg naar ons zin gehad!

Très belle location

Location très confortable avec de beaux volume de rangement. Tout est optimisé pour le confort des locataires, il ne manque rien, appareils de cuisines, livres et cartes, les TV et la barre de son, le balcon et l'agencement général. Nous avons loué souvent, là c'est le top. Bravo !

Vacances Gérarmer

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Mr Bécherot. Il est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, conforme à la description, à la vidéo et très propre. Les relations avec Mr François, qui nous a accueillies, ont été très cordiales, ainsi que celles que nous avons eues avec Mr Bécherot par téléphone. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cet appartement.

Appartement très bien situé entre le centre ville et le lac, boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu un supermarché Aldi. Appartement bien équipé où il fait bon vivre. Nous avons était très bien accueilli par Mr François. Ns recommandons cet appartement.
