The room was great and clean. We stayed 2 days before the cruise and with public transportation and walking, were very safe and the sites were very accessible! Great place. They were flexible with check in time. Food at Oliver’s was good.

Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

The staff were helpful and polite I thought going to the hallway for hot water for tea was inconvenient if your undressed in your room Also I would of like access to purchase food

Amazing property with gorgouse views

This was the best place we could have stayed after the Olympic National Park and Hoh Rainforest. Absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable. We had a frustration with one of the staff upon check-in, there was confusion with them thinking we hadn't paid when we had. It just wasn't handled professionally.. we were just kind of ignored? That was weird. We took a morning hike to second beach from the hotel and it was beautiful! Saw whales and seals at first beach!
