"This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there."

"What an excellent place to stay while visiting Lake Blackshear! We spent a weekend here with 3 littles under 5, and had a BLAST! The home is updated and designed with an elevated aesthetic that is also comfortable to enjoy throughout. We used the large den the most, with every adult (6 of us) enjoying a recliner in front of the big screen tv while the kids played in the wide open space between. The family room includes a wide array of family board games as well. The next room over is the kids bunk room with very comfortable linens, mattresses, and plush pillows. That room features a closet full of organized and curated toys for smaller kids. I didn’t stay in the master but it was BEAUTIFUL with a shower and a huge jetted bathtub. The kitchen was SO WELL STOCKED. We are a cooking family, and had every tool, utensil, and containers we could imagine ever using. The laundry room is spacious and featured updated washer and dryer with detergent provided. Thick soft pool towels were also provided! Outside, we spent our time in the PERFECT pool with hot tub. The tanning ledge was the favorite spot of both kids and adults, and a large umbrella covered a bar height table for poolside lunches. There was also a separate covered area with a large fan and tv and cozy lounge seating. Don’t miss the 3 grills and the pool closet full of floats!We docked a pontoon and bass boat here with ease. It took us about 10 mins to reach the marina (being very cautious of no wake rules). Perfect!"

"Beautiful house and gorgeous view. Bedrooms nice and roomy. Another review posted about all the kitchen stuff and was very accurate, they do have everything. Also, a gas grill. Easy to communicate with Debbie while we were there. They have an air mattress also and one of the rooms upstairs has sort of a nook which worked out perfect for the person on the air mattress to have a little area. Would definitely rent this house again!"

"My family rented this home for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable and the home and pool were very clean. Easy check in and a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!"
