Bed was comfortable, room was clean with some needed attention. I stepped on a "goat head" that was embedded in the carpet. L eft a bleeding wound.
Loose flooring and some outlets non working.

Beautiful hotel and view. Excellent care and attention at the restaurant and buffet. No complaints whatsoever about the care and upkeep of the room. Speedy elevators are appreciated.

The gentleman at the valet were very nice and helpful. Front desk Jasmine was also extremely helpful, friendly and made my check in smooth. I thought the warn cookie was also a nice touch
