Good apartment, view the room first before stay

Our first room had a problem with blinking lights when the hot shower was turned on, so next day they offered us another room which has better room layout.

Great Sea View Spacious Apartment

Check-in / Check-out staff courteous and efficient. Breakfast acceptable, however, the waiters were very attentive and fast clearing empty cutlery. Own transport essential when visiting nearby attraction from apartment. Direction signs can be improve for guest to Check-in counter, breakfast venue and to/from car park to apartment.

訂房時該套房飯店說明該房型為加大雙人床房型，也可指定入住二張單人床房型。於訂房時，皆清楚說明需要二張單人床。但入住後發現，該套房飯店無法提供二張單人床，只有一張標準雙人床。詢問飯店員工，確認該飯店實際並無”加大”雙人床。此點令人無法接受，有廣告不實之疑。 旅客會選二張單人床OR加大雙人床，都是有原因的，若飯店無法真實提供，不應於訂房網上的介紹自己有相關服務。 另額外想付費多要一條薄被，前台告知沒有多餘被子，最後只能提供床單當被子蓋。 入住的房間，除了床型不符問題外，浴室洗手台水管漏水，內附洗衣機無法正常作動。 請前台派人處理洗衣機問題，但服務人員拖了至少2小時後，才前來處理，期間主動追蹤前台人員，回覆永遠是已通知。 此服務速度/態度非常需要加強。 該套房飯店實際情況與網站放的照片，想差甚遠，要入住的朋友請再三考慮。 房間內有洗衣機,冰箱,微波爐,小型廚房設施。但都很簡單，很像學生宿舍。就看入住者能否接受陽春裝潢，及不合格的服務方式。 位置不在喬治城老城區，進城需要搭車，走路會花超過半小時以上。2KM左右有個大型商場，1KM內有夜市。泰國臥佛寺在1.5KM左右。 該套房飯店有電梯，一樓就有星巴克跟小型便利商店。

Where is the wine bottle opener?

I returned to the hotel at about 9pm and requested for a wine bottle opener at the reception. I obtained the following responses in the course of repeated calls to the reception. 1) F&B has not replied. 2) F&B still has not replied and reception will check again. 3) F&B is closed for the night. 4) Another hotel guest had requested for a wine bottle opener earlier that night but did not returned it to F&B. 5) There is a restaurant across the street where I can borrow a wine bottle opener. I do not expect a wine bottle opener in every room. But I expect a wine bottle opener to be available upon request. Eventually, I was not able to enjoy my wine that night.

All you need.

The room and facilities is exceptional, only my comment is try get a room that facing to the sea rather than facing to the hill otherwise you end up looking at the hospital buildings. The pillow is not comfortable enough and the show head holder is malfunction. The receptionist staff is not that friendly compare to the hotel staff.

Just a Fantastic hotel.

Great experience. Absolutely loved it. Very nice location. The hotel staff were more than welcoming. Will love to stay here in my next trip. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel reception seems unsure about the check in process. We arrived at the hotel at 7.20pm and did not get to our rooms until 7.50pm. When we enquired we were told the rooms weren't ready. We do not understand why aren't the rooms ready when we are suppose to be able to check in at 2.00pm. Other than the check in process our overall stay is ok.

Comfy but need improve the front desk training

We are waiting more that 40mins to check in and get the room key . When I request for extra blanket and pillow from housekeeping, the girl answer the phone just say whatever finished and they are busy whole day!
