"We think someone cooked a lot of Chinese food in the room before our stay because the smell of Chinese food was VERY strong in the room ..we didn’t complain or ask to change the room ..but it really bothered my husband.."

"The staff was incredibly friendly but the rooms were so dirty! I stayed there twice, the first time they had to change my room 4 times due to the tv not working twice and the third time the room smelt so bad of body odor. They were so nice though and the room I ended up with was fine but after switching three rooms and ended in a fourth. The second time I said they were nice enough and I’m sure the room will be fine but when I checked in, I opened the pullout sofa and there was human poop on the mattress and urine stains and smelt so bad of urine and poop! There was also trash behind the couch so the room was not properly cleaned even sweeping want done "

"The hotel staff was great! However the rooms needs to be cleaned. When entering the room it smell like cigarettes smoke and there were faded stains on the sheets and pillowcases.The carpet felt sticky in the room. I had to keep my shoes on at all times. Sleeps Inn could use some upgrades to their rooms which will allow the experience of staying there a little bit more comfortable."

"This is the 3rd year that we have rented this house for a long weekend. Easy communication with the host. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates. Easy check in and out. The beds are comfortable and so is the common space. I give a 5 star rating reluctantly because I don't want the house to become so popular that I will lose my weekend. "

"Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All night long stomping on the floor, banging, and bumbling around. It sounded like a herd of people running up, and down the steps. Then, all the fowl talking, and arguing! This occurred all throughout the night. The kitchen was fully organized, and had everything needed at your fingertips. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, and body wash to shower with. The towels, and bed linens fell a little short. Only 1 bed set per room. It was a wash, and use situation. There was 4 towels, and 4 was cloths. Witch was alright. Overall, the stay itself was alright. The area is very peaceful! The problems occurred due to other residents who live there. Sara herself is an excellent host, with an exceptionally clean unit. "
