The home is located on a busy road just outside downtown Geneva—easy to access and close to everything. You’ll be just minutes from the region’s best wineries, breweries, restaurants, and lakefront attractions, making it an ideal home base for exploring the Finger Lakes.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.  
  
➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.  
  
➡️ Quiet Hours – This is a residential neighborhood with year-round residents. Please respect local quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as enforced by the town.  
  
➡️ No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the home.  
  
➡️ No Garage Access – The garage is not available for guest use.  
  
➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in.

The house was cozy and inviting. The furniture was comfy and great for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The check in and check out process was easy. The owner was quick to reply to questions. We absolutely lived our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful mini vacation! The place was perfect! So clean, decorated cutely, plenty of space, everything we would need. My only suggestions would be full size ironing board, lighter (for fire pit), and a fly swatter. We will definitely rent again. 100% recommend!
