Perfectly located in the charming town of Geneva, NY, this newly remodeled home is the ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples exploring the Finger Lakes region. The property features three beautifully appointed bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a king bed—as well as a queen-size fold-out sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. With 1.5 modern bathrooms, the home is well-equipped for both short and extended stays.  
  
Whether you're visiting scenic Seneca Lake, attending events at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, or embarking on a wine trail adventure, you'll find yourself right in the heart of it all. The home is centrally located, just a short walk from campus (20 min walk), local parks, and the boutiques, restaurants, and cafes of downtown Geneva(17 min walk).  
  
Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience during your stay in this thoughtfully updated Finger Lakes getaway.

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.

House was very clean and comfortable. The open kitchen to living room was as great for a weekend trip with family to hang out and relax in. Host was also very responsive and helpful when needed. Perfect location, right in the town of Geneva and close to everything you could need.
