About this property

Seneca Wine Trail Retreat | Pool | Hot Tub | Pets

  • Private acreage just outside Geneva provides a quiet setting within easy reach of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Designed for family vacations and group stays, this multi-level home offers generous gathering areas, flexible sleeping arrangements, an in-ground pool, a private hot tub, and broad countryside views.

The ground level includes a king primary suite with a remodeled ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio and hot tub. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed—share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On the lower level, the game room features a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, full bathroom, and direct backyard access. This separate space works well for games, movies, or additional sleeping accommodations.

The upper floor includes another king bedroom, a full bathroom, and the home’s primary gathering spaces. A fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, while the expansive deck overlooks the lawn and pool.

Outside, guests can swim, soak in the hot tub, dine on the deck, or use the open lawn for games and picnics. Geneva’s restaurants, lakefront parks, wineries, hiking trails, and nearby boating and kayaking opportunities are a short drive away.

Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Approval is required for additional dogs. All pet waste must be removed promptly; failure to comply may result in a $100 charge.

Vibe Short Term Rental Management provides 24/7 guest support through the booking platform or the contact information included with your reservation.

One detail needs confirmation before publishing: the original calls this a five-bedroom, three-bath home, but the layout provided describes four bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Private property with a beautiful view of the lake through the front and cornfields on the back. Pool was warm and they had a lot of floaties and corn horn. Kitchen was well supplied. Great space for a large group!

My only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough. We loved this property. The location was secluded enough to feel private but was also super close to pizza, groceries, gas etc. Also loved that there was a winery across the street. We did enjoy some samples. I think we used all the amenities - the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, foosball table. The only thing we didn’t use was the secret bedroom on the lower level. I figured it was probably recently added as it was not included in the listing. The true bedroom count is 5 with 4 bathrooms. This was a wonderful home to celebrate my birthday in the company of my family, including our fur babies . I hope to book it again in the future.

We had a great stay. The house is older but it is super for a family. The kitchen and bathrooms are bright and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms are large. The pool is clean and lovely, and the hot tub was wonderful. There is so much privacy because the land that goes with the house is large. Our grandchildren loved playing on the huge lawn. My only suggestion is that the landscaping at the front door could use some loving care. We had everything we could possibly need including a crock pot and beach towels. I would definitely come here again.
