As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. "This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper...

"Room dirty when I arrived after check in time. Had to wait 20 mins for room to be available. Lobby was like a construction area so no place to even sit while I had to wait. Entire place smelled like marijuana. There was trash in the hallways and dirty towels laying in the same place in the hallway the entire stay. Awful."
