Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Very large room with 5 large windows. Amazing bathroom with radiant heating on the bathroom floors which always kept our feet warm.
Happy hour cakes and coffee are free and very tasty. Breakfast is scrumptious in a room with large windows looking unto the property which has a small creek running through it with a dreamy small castle in the back. Absolute the favorite place to stay on our lengthy vacation !!!

Great hotel with very friendly Staff and a broad range of facilities. Very nice rooms, nice building. The only less great was that once seated in the restaurant, in a quite remote area of a room, they forgot about us and as the waiters apparently work with ‘zones’ the waiter in the zone next to us didn’t even consider warning his colleague, even after looking at us several times, meaning it took 20 minutes and a slightly stronger reminder from our side before he took action and we (family with children) were attended to. After that, we were served very quickly by an experienced waitress and the quality of the dinnermore than made up for the initial neglect.

We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair
