For shared use: large, well-kept garden 4'500 m2 (not fenced) with flowers, meadow, orchard. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 900 m, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 900 m, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 900 m. Nearby attractions: Innviertler Brauturm 7 km, Augustiner Chorherren Stift Reichersberg 13 km, Skyflyer Höhnhart 17 km. Hiking paths: Kobernaußerwald. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Ferienaufenthalt im Ferienhaus Winten

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war einwandfrei. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben auch immer gute Tipps was es zu unternehmen gibt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben vor nochmals wiederzukehren. Danke noch für den Tipp mit dem Fuschlsee, wir hatten dort einen tollen Tag. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Bayern! Fam. Zureck

Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen, aber wenn man die ruhe sucht ist es perfekt. Vermieter super freundlich. Die Ausstattung der wohnung ist top. Lagerhäuser-Stelle fand Kind grandios.

Lage sehr schön

Die Lage ist sehr schön, wer es gerne ländlich hat, perfekt. Uns hat es gefallen, denn mit dem Hund kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen. Allerdings muss man in kauf nehmen, dass einem frühmorgens der Hahn des nahe gelegenen Bauernhofes weckt. Die Reinigung im Haus sollte unbedingt gründlicher gemacht werden. Das Haus ist schön und heimelig.
