2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The room was clean, there was a problem at the check out time as all the guest have the same check out and all the elevators collapse, it took us more than an hour to get down.
The parking is really a problem as we had to go up almost 20 floors.
Location is pretty good.

Charming location, easily found from motorway. Historic building, could hear next door guest talking, luckily they didn't do that much, let alone snore. No TV in room so couldn't cast from phone. But maybe a good thing or we would have heard other room's TV too. No coffee /tea making facilities in ...
