It’s a short walk to the waves. The current photos of the listing doesn’t match the current furnishings. It’s been updated and looks so much better then the photos. The bed and pull out couch was comfortable. We did have a housekeeping/cleanliness issue in the bedroom, but it was handled quickly; a few hours from notifying management. The hot tub in the community pool area is not properly heating, which was a bummer, because it would’ve been great to use after a cold sunset walk on the beach. This was mentioned in a previous review so I assumed it had been addressed. It has not. Clean property, nice area. I actually pulled up the bedding on the master bed to see if it was a mattress of cement slab. I had two teenage girls sleeping on the hideabed and the bed slopes so far toward the couch their heads were below the rest of their bodies. Would not recommend just due to the bedding. This is a first floor unit so that is handy but there is less of a view. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space in the unit.
