We choose this apartments because of convenient location to the bus station and to the center and very good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was modern spacious and clean.

A comfortable place to stay. The hosts are super helpful and kind. About 15-20min walk to old town area. Quite a lot of building works happening in the area (July 2025), but didn’t disturb us too much. Plenty of space in the apartment and good air conditioning.

I stayed at Smart Apartments Skopje for three nights over Easter, and overall I had a comfortable stay. On the positive side, the apartment was simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, making arrival easy. The location was definitely a highlight — the flat is about 20 minutes from the centre of Skopje, with a shopping mall just a five-minute walk away that includes a large supermarket and several places to eat. There are also bus stops nearby, and getting taxis was straightforward. I was advised by the host to download the Wizi app, which made getting around even easier. There were just a few small areas that could be improved. The check-in felt slightly rushed, and it would have been helpful to have a bit more explanation on how to use things like the stove and coffee machine. A couple of minor comfort details — such as bedside lamps and a larger duvet cover — would have made the stay even better. I also experienced a small issue with the toilet flush, although it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I would recommend Smart Apartments Skopje to anyone looking for a simple, well-priced place to stay. It offers good value for money and a generally hassle-free experience, especially for a short city break. I would rate it 4 out of 5.

This hotel gets 10/10 for location, which is the most important factor. Easy walk to all the sites, you’re right in the middle of everything. Otherwise my room ( an executive spa) was quite entertaining- round bed. Huge jacuzzi which was lovely except it leaks. When the water drains it just bubbles up from the floor drain. The shower has very low pressure and the only lights in the entire place are strands of Christmas lights so you can’t see anything. Room dirty, and in bad repair. However given the location it was a great place to be

Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. Breakfast was well presented with a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Would highly recommend and would return.
