"Charming hotel but definitely not for the English speaking traveler. Hotel staff (the night we checked in) was unable/unwilling to assist us in securing a taxi, so we ended up leaving after just one (out of our non-refundable two!) night. Overall, disappointed with our experience. "

"An absolute joy. We arrived a bit early and sat by the pool until the owners arrived. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom and the bathroom were perfect. We made use of the bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. The property is situated in beautiful quiet surroundings and we made use of the lovely swimming pool. "The host Paulette and Simon were very accommodating. We arrived at 1:00am in the morning. I called them for direction to our lodging. They met us at our car with flashlights and friendly smiles. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or wanted suggestions to places to eat etc. The home was clean, quaint and historical ( build in 1700’s). "We stayed just one night on a fleeting motorbike tour. Plenty of secure parking for the bike and no problem with the surface. Florence is welcoming and helpful, a very interesting and talented lady. She holds one of those, nowadays, rare qualities of creative vision. I have stayed in far too many soul less, clinical lodgings that I care to mention. This being the perfect antidote. "Helt fantastisk værtspar, der bød på kaffe og snak i køkkenet ved ankomst. Ved aftentid kom værten og spurgte om jeg ville se månenog det viste sig at hendes mand var astro fotograf, sikken en oplevelse, fik endda set jupiter med 3 af månerne. En oplevelse uden lige, som bare var en ekstra bonus. Værelset var en hel lejlighed restaureret perfekt i gammel stil.
