Seasonal note: the dock comes out for the winter in early October and goes back in each spring. Kayaks and paddle boards stay available all season - launch them right from the beach.
Also worth knowing: Lake 27's water level is currently higher than usual, so the beach is noticeably smaller than it appears in the photos. Swim access and the waterfront are fully usable - there's just less sand between the water and the yard right now.

The main floor opens to the water. Open living room with L-shaped sectional, 65" smart TV, and a vinyl turntable. Full kitchen, breakfast nook with lake views, and a pool table that doubles as the dining table when the whole crew sits down.

A car is recommended. Free parking on-site for multiple vehicles. The property is approximately 1 hour south of the Mackinac Bridge, 3.5 hours north of Detroit, and 2.5 hours north of Grand Rapids. Nearest airport: Pellston Regional (PLN), about 45 minutes north.
