The “terrace” was like two feet deep. The hallway on my floor seemed like it was under construction, and random people were coming and going. None of the plugs in the room worked except for one. I ended up leaving my key at the front desk and leaving. Due to inadequate bathroom in the first assignment, we had to move to another room with better bathroom. At 11 pm, no one was at the reception desk and no response by dialing #9, reception desk extension. Also front door was LOCKED (on 24 Jan)! Actually no hotel staf was located anywhere.
