"While this property is a palace, it is past its prime. I would class it as a 3-star property. It is old and tired. The staff seem to be disinterested - whether it is the reception or other staff. It is clean and functional. Room amenities are very basic. The rooms and even the bathrooms are large and spacious with high ceilings. The beds and mattresses were excellent. The gardens surrounding the property are vast and could be better maintained but still lovely. The location is very convenient to everything. Compared to what is available in Bhavnagar, I would certainly choose this hotel over all other options."
