Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, with something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options. It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt.
Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Hotel is okay. Rooms of a decent size and short walk to T2 at the airport. A/C however is awful, even on strongest mode it failed to cool the room down after a moderately warm day. Nice hotel close to airport. Shuttle is very convenient as it departs about every 20 minutes. The room was nice, however, the air conditioning did not work as it was very hot in the room. Shower door was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, great place.
