"The property was clean and so was the room. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. Except the young lady at the desk the second day of our trip. She was rude im not usually a complanier, but she was really terrible. Its been quite a few days but it really messed up my trip. Its free to smile and be polite."

"The property has potential, but the company rep that rents it does not care. The front lock would not stop locking and unlocking when we first checked in, so I called- he only cared that the battery was removed not that there was an issue for the guest. Our first encounter was a spider crawling across the bed, we killed 4 more over the course of the stay. There were only pillow shams - no pillows. We had to go buy pillow cases. The reviewer that said the remote was broken, it still was- it was not replaced as they stated. The batteries were corroded- we bought new ones and that was the issue. A 3 bedroom house has a 2 person coffee pot with 2 coffee mugs. Both arms on the couch were broken. The yard was overgrown, but someone did come on the 2nd day of our stay and cut the grass, we had a dog, and there was no warning or contact with us to see if it be okay to come. There was grass left all over the back patio and no edging was done. In the app or email, I never received check in or check out instructions, nor was there anything in writing in the house. Finally, the house was surface clean, it smelled clean with plugins but the top of the shower was caked in dust, the night stand was very dirty in the bedroom. The command strips holding the ivy over the mirrors in the bathroom had fallen off, so the ivy was hanging. For seating, there is one couch and 3 barstools. I shouldn’t have to spend my money for basic house expenses. BTW, I have never given a bad review."
