"Everything was good. Staff friendly. Room was clean except guest before us left some clothes in dresser drawer,which means drawers are not looked at during cleaning. The facility advertises for outdoor pool,which was really a large outdoor hit tub with very hot water temperature. This was great for cool nights swimming. Room was clean."

"We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests "

"Such a comfortable home in a peaceful, quiet setting—we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. There were also coffee and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. The artwork throughout the home was beautiful and added a unique, personal feel. We especially loved the Boise/Helena connection, which made it even more meaningful since we were visiting family who recently moved between those two places."

"I cannot say enough awful things about the experience with the man who checked me in. Was easily the second worst experience I’ve had. He was dirty, dress shirt untucked and unbuttoned at the bottom, did not welcome us and instead stated “you here to check in?” He didn’t stand up from his chair behind the desk. Every bit of his demeanor was unwelcoming and like he was miserable with his job. It was not busy when I checked in but was later with several volleyball families arriving due to the large tournament over the weekend. Picture tons of kids everywhere and all wanting to swim. My son and his friends had fun in the pool. However- they had no towels and their dryer was broke. The TV’s only have live tv and no ability to sign into your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. had I know that it would’ve impacted my decision to bring two boys for a birthday celebration to this establishment.
