Staff were friendly, plenty of parking in underground car park. May be more helpful if this location was stated though. Shower leaked under the glass panel which would have annoyed me if stayed more than one night. Would prefer room to have a kettle.

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal immer nett. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Ruhebereich der Saune waren sehr viele Liegen „reserviert“, was es eigentlich nicht geben sollte.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are a bit small and hotel was hard to find but once in, it's close to a lot. Got to take the utrain and visit some markets. The staff Denys, Franco and Ana were amazing gave me recommendations on places to go the best foods and drinks even at the hotel bar drinks ...
