The holm oak trees provide shade in the heat and the sheltered terrace allows you to relax even on less warm days. The property is completely fenced. The garden is structured in various ways by paths and natural stone walls. Fragrant herbs such as rosemary, thyme, oregano, curry herb and mint and of course lavender carry the scent of the south to the most popular places to stay. Figs, olives and apricots as well as cacti complete the Mediterranean picture. The house was built in 2002\. It combines traditional architectural style and local materials with modern living comfort and practical amenities. This place is an ideal starting point for activities in the region and at the same time offers rest and relaxation. The village of Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie has around 750 inhabitants and is located on the northern edge of the Saint Chalets plain. The Gardon crosses this flat wine-growing region before entering the Gorges de Gardon and finally flowing under the Pont du Gard. To the north you can reach the foot of the Cevennes, a vast low mountain range, which invites you to go hiking. Avignon, Orange, Arles, Nîmes: every excursion combines culture, history and savoir-vivre in a pleasant way. Alés, Anduze, Collias, St. Quentin la Poterie, Uzès invite you to diverse regional discoveries. Spacious holiday home for 6 people, 2 bedrooms in the main house and 1 studio, each with double beds. Points à améliorer: - Mettre un cahier de consignes en Francais - Pas de chaines de télévision en français, uniquement des chaines en allemand - Invasion de moustiques: pratiquement invivable le soir en extérieur malgré les traitements divers et variés que nous avons testés . Ce problème est probablement engendré par la propriété mitoyenne qui est un infâme dépotoir, un vrai élevage de moustiques. Nous avons réalisé quelques photos que nous pouvons vous faire parvenir si vous le désirez.
