"Nosso chalé tinha cheiro de urina de morcego. Pedimos para ser relocados mas não fomos atendidos com a alegação de que nossa reserva ia até dia 2 e não podiam fazer nada. Tivemos a impressão que algo podia ser feito mas não queriam ter o trabalho de limpar algum chalé novamente. Uma pena, pois o local é muito bonito. A jacuzzi estava sempre cheia não conseguimos usar. E o acesso pra chegar no hotel é bem difícil, não voltarei novamente."
