The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. Perfect little gem from which to explore western Crete. Staff are extremely friendly and the service level very good. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner was very high-quality and very tasty.
