"The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"This house was a joy to stay in with our family, we thoroughly appreciated all the additional amenities for our kids. Toys, highchair and a pack and play had been set out for us to utilize. The interior was very nice and clean and welcoming for all ages of the family. Our walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and beach toys to borrow were even provided. "We love this location and it was the 2nd condo we have stayed at in this complex. The location cant be beat. we love the lay out of the place and the ocean views it has to offer. The apartment is very clean over all and beds are very comfy. I didnt give 5 star because it does need some deep cleaning and carpets need to be either professionally shampooed or replaced. When I had questions about the place, they got back to me asap which was great. Note, bring some beach towels and beach chairs....

"Located with easy access to the beach and Main Street, the space is small but ended up working well for our needs. Unfortunately when we arrived the refrigerator was not working properly and did not keep our food cold. This was a problem as we had planned our meals assuming that we were going to have a full working kitchen.
