I finally saw a sign at a different parking area with the street number on it. I did not feel comfortable staying there My gut was telling me not to stay there. When I did check in there was no one at the front desk so I had to call out before someone came to help me. They were not very friendly. It was great to be inside swimming around, watching all the people coming & going from PPG arena, lol! The hotel is close to everything, a short walk (highly recommend The Speckled Egg in the Union Trust Building. Delicious brunch and coffee, wow!) or you can catch a bus to explore further out. Hotel is clean, nice room. Got an upgrade with living room, it was gigantic! So very nice to spread out. Fairly quiet for being downtown.
