Beautiful house, clean environment
Only thing we didn’t like is the neighborhood quiet time begins too early and we love outdoors especially in a beautiful place like this
Definitely recommend it!
We’re locals of NWA & wanted a staycation for my husbands 30th birthday & this place was the PERFECT spot for that! It was so clean, plenty of space for everyone, the hosts communicated efficiently & fast when we had some technical difficulties & lastly the view is incredible. Would 100% stay at this place again!
Enjoyed it. Great view of the lake. Beautiful lake. Clean home. Worked well for all 11 of us.

The sunrises looking out across the lake were gorgeous! We spent most of our time sitting out on the deck watching the wildlife running through the trees below or the squirrels and birds above. It was a very relaxing weekend.
We got to spend several days with some friends that came in from out of the country at Rayburn Lodge. Just driving down to the lodge itself was an experience but walking in and seeing the view you had of beaver lake was great. The place was well equipped to handle all of our kids and us while allowing decent access to Rogers and the other attractions around beaver lake. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
My sister's family and mine come together over Christmas and share a cabin each year. This year we enjoyed the incredible views of Beaver lake from this cabin. The cabin was clean and welcoming, check in was easy, and many amenities appreciated. The Kitchen was great to cook in. The beds were comfortable, my only complaint would be the main living room furniture which was rather worn and deflated making it uncomfortable to sit in. The basement furniture was very nice and comfy however. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Things that were a concern was the hot tub lid was moldy, the barbecue grill was moldy, the railing is about to fall off, needs a deep, thorough clean. Not easy access to lake. This should’ve been shared. Kayaks but no way of getting them to the lake.
A couple of suggestions would be rug grippers under the rugs they all move on the wood floors in the kitchen and living room area. The roads are steep and extremely winding to get to the house. Once there it was extremely peaceful and the house was clean and perfect size. The bunk beds are really old and need replaced you barely move on them and they making a creaking sound. But I would stay there again just a few suggestions. Thank you for the promptness on responses and the view was absolutely amazing!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and came fully stocked with all the essentials like pots/pans, towels, coffee, etc. They even left a bottle of wine as a gift and had adorable towel animals in every room : ) The view is absolutely beautiful too!
Easy check in and great view. We really enjoyed the hot tub! We used the community area as well, plenty of room for our large family! Tip: pretty secluded area so be sure to bring food as we did not so we were stuck with the local Dollar General.
We loved our stay at Rayburn Lodge. The view is incredible and the surroundings are so peaceful. Each floor had a unique deck space making it feel especially spacious. The place was so well stocked and welcoming. NWA were very responsive and accommodating for our special request. Something to note is that the living room furniture sits very, very low so it is not well suited for taller people or anyone who with knee or hip issues.
This place was amazing! We had everything we needed +! The beds hugged you. Dish & stemware are lovely while also accommodating my kitties! The view created an enchanting experience as snow fell while we were plenty warm in the spacious hot tub. There were a few issues like light bulbs out, vent hood not working & some random personal belongings in closets. Toddler enjoyed lots of toys & linens & lovely decor. Teens loved all the entertainment in basement. Very family friendly, baby gates, strollers, toddler dishes ect. This is our cozy winter cabin destination!
We had a sewage smell for duration of our stay. Plumber said it was just worked on but pump was to small causing backup. We are frequent Vrbo users and always honest on our experience. We feel we deserve some sort of refund which we never ever ask for. Fortunately 4 people canceled or we would have been worse off. Wasn’t a pleasant stay at all. My son and his young family left at 4 am Sunday to get out of the. Smell. We left extra early as well. Very disappointing Place was nice but also short on utensils and dish towels. Plumbing problem definitely a downer - otherwise fairly high marks.
Beautifully decorated lake home with breathtaking views! This home has everything you need for your stay. Just grab your loved ones, your toothbrush, and your suitcase and enjoy this fantastic getaway! You won’t want to leave!
We are a group of 5 retired teachers who embark on a "girl's" trip every year. We could not be more pleased with our accommodations at RayBurn Lodge! The location was WONDERFUL, nestled among the trees with a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. Sitting in the hot tub in the evening was marvelous. The condo was lovely, just as the pictures portray,
and the little extras included were a special and appreciated surprise. The owners were wonderful to work with. We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend this property!
Thank you for a memorial trip!
First the good: The property has a beautiful view and largely matches the photos as advertised. The host was usually quick to respond.
Now the bad: TLDR: We felt we were super overcharged for this home given that key amenities were broken. Shortly after booking our trip, I noticed that the listing had come off of VRBO. I reached out to the owner to inquire as to why this was the case and all he said was “that’s odd”. Fortunately, check-in was smooth, but the hot tub wasn't working. The host sent a repair man who quickly determined that the heating element was shot and he couldn't fix before our five nights were over. Note that the hot tub was our primary justification for accepting an $X nightly premium relative to other properties we were considering. The owner clearly agrees that the hot tub is a key selling point, given that it’s the cover photo and mentioned in the property title. That second day the ping pong table collapsed.
Recognizing that things can go wrong during a stay, what matters most is how the host handles the situation and this is where Taylor fell short. Only after we brought both issues to his attention did Taylor admit that the property had recently been flooded mere weeks earlier and they had rushed to complete a major renovation of the basement in order to be able to honor the reservation we had made – I guess it wasn’t so “odd” that the listing had previously come off VRBO . The ping pong table was apparently put together in a hurry and incorrectly, causing it to collapse. In full disclosure, we wanted $X/night refunded as this was the amount of the premium we felt we had elected to pay in order to have the hot tub and game room. When we showed Taylor other listings of similar caliber but without a hot tub that were available for more than $X/night less, Taylor told us that those hosts were “underpricing their inventory” and that we should have booked those instead. Instead of giving us what we had thoroughly demonstrated was fair, Taylor offered to let us stay an extra night for free (our schedules wouldn’t allow) or to refund us 1/2 $X and ask VRBO to refund the service fee we had paid them (they didn't).
I’m sure Taylor’s review of us will not be favorable and will emphasize how he has “never been unable to reach a mutually agreeable resolution”, but at the end of the day he had his opportunity and chose to keep an extra ~1/2 $X in his pocket rather than make things right.
We rented the house for a joint-family stay: four adults and 5 children, ages 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Plenty of room for adults to do our thing and for the kids to do theirs and yet still come together for meals and fun. The photos do not do the home justice! It's beautifully kept, the views are incredible and the location is great. A short jaunt to near by shores/lakes and easy access to family-friendly facilities. Communication with Taylor was timely and always helpful. Would rent again!!
