This home has everything you need for an incredible experience at Beaver Lake. Offering a 180-degree view of the lake from every room. An exceptional game room, (Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, Card Table and FoosBall), wooded privacy and a wonderful place for fishing and swimming. Plenty of seating area, in and outdoors, for fun or dining! There are 2 dining areas indoors. The outdoor dining area is exceptional. It is a covered deck with a HUGE Table and lots of seating. Perfectly suited for a corporate retreat or just a big family. There is a "Green Egg Grill" on the deck as well. There is a gravel road on the property that takes you to the shoreline. Part of the road ihas a 17% grade. You may use a 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or bring your UTV. It is not a long walk and the gravel road is in great shape but it may be challenging because of the slope. One Mature well-behaved LAPDOG is welcome. No puppies please. Pet Fee one dog, is $45.00 per stay. Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
