When you first arrive, head up the stairs to enter into our open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Immediately, you'll notice our gorgeous wood-slatted vault ceilings and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Lake. Directly in front of the entryway, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. In the center of the space, you'll see our soapstone countertop island, complete with four barstools. In this same area, you'll have access to our round, four-top dining area with custom, built-in seating. Past the kitchen, step into our ultra-cozy living room, where you'll find a couch, two lounge chairs, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV and a natural stone-faced wood-burning fireplace. In this space, you'll have tons of natural light streaming through our large floor-to-ceiling windows. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of our 3 bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, dresser, closet, en suite bathroom and door leading to the back patio. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, nearby bathroom and door leading to the back patio. Head up the spiral staircase to... (3) Our third bedroom which is a loft-style room with 4 built-in Twin beds, two couches, a seating area overlooking the living room and a nearby bathroom. Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity - our two outdoor living spaces. On the front deck, we have a cozy seating area with a couch and two lounge chairs. Nearby, you'll also have access to two more chairs overlooking the front yard. On the back deck, you'll find our BBQ grill, a six-top dining table, a couch and two Adirondack chairs. From here, you'll also have access to a walkway leading to our backyard fire pit. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The Neighborhood: If you're looking to explore Beaver Lake or take advantage of our complimentary kayaks, head just 2.3 miles to the gorgeous Lost Bridge Marina! Guests can enjoy the Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court and library with a small daily fee. Walmart is approximately a 25‑minute drive but offers home delivery service or pickup. Amenities you wouldn't even think about. Very thoughtful. Many different areas to sit outside to enjoy the outdoors and watch the deer and wildlife. We even got to see an armadillo up close. We all sleeped so good. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Everything in the house was great. We really didnt have a complaint about anything. We had a dodge dually, a motorcycle and a dodge ram rebel. The driveway is a little tricky. But i think every driveway is tricky down here. This was our third trip to the Beaver Lake area and by far our favorite. We had previously stayed in Bentonville and this location was so much more convenient to enjoy the lake. It was less than a 5 min. drive to Lost Bridge Marina where we were able to find a rental slip for our boat. I traveled with my husband and our three kids who are 8, 10, and 12\. The house was set up perfectly for our family. My 2 younger kids loved the upper loft bunk room and my tween enjoyed his own room. You can tell that the home was remodeled by an interior designer. The choices are all on trend and the mood is modern but with a cozy cabin vibe. The blend of wood tones, color, and fabric was really well done. The 2 bathrooms were beautiful and I enjoyed a long soak in the brand new tub in the master bathroom to relax at the end of the night. The home has 2 large outdoor seating areas and a fire pit. It has the feel of a tree house! A previous review listed the laundry area as a negative of the property, but I disagree. It was clean and it worked perfectly to bring in wet towels, mountain biking gear, and UTVing gear directly into the laundry room located under the deck directly next to the parking area. It was convenient not to have to drag everything through the home. We didn't use the community center but drove by and the pool area and the beach access looked really nice. Property was perfect for our group, the kids loved the loft and the wilderness around the house. We had two families 6yr old, 9yr old, and 13yr old. Deck got tons of use, and lots of card games at the kitchen table. We had many deers hang around the house each day, the kids loved it!
