The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing."

It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. "Was in town for a graduation, sold out hotel. Rates were high due to shortage of rooms in the area I assume. Room never got cleaned after first night of a two night stay. We did let manager know upon check out and she did apologize."
