Very good quality fittings, living room with chaise longue convertible into a double bed (140x200) comfortable dining area, fully equipped open modern kitchen. Built-in toilet. Numerous and varied equipment: reversible air conditioning, flat screen TV, internet access, kitchen with gas hobs, electric cooking ovens, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerators, separate freezer, washing machine, iron iron, vacuum cleaner. Household linen and sheets are provided. Exteriors: terraces offering nearly 30 m2 of surface paved with stone, large parasol 4mx4m. Access to swimming pool 11m x 5.5m offering a beach of 2mx4m, a wide staircase of 5m x 1.5m and a jacuzzi, the filtration is with salt. The maintenance of the swimming pool is ensured throughout the duration of the stay. A gas griddle is also available for outdoor meals and the terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs and sunbeds. Sans omettre leur générosité perceptible nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour dans leur propriété et non seulement nous y reviendrons mais le conseillerons à nos proches. Location plus que conforme à la description, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La piscine est magnifique et alors que dire du salon marocain très appréciable. Le village de Garéoult est très sympa avec son très grand marché. Pour résumer, Location et région parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances. Au plaisir de ce revoir. À part que tout était super !!!! ... Une arrivée toute en détente, un logement décoré avec goût, très propre et moderne. Une piscine incroyable privatisée et des équipements top ! Nous avons lâché notre petite larme en partant mais ce qui nous a le plus ravi, ce sont les propriétaires, Mr et Mme Letty, qui sont tout simplement adorables, très avenants et disponibles à tout moment, et n'ont à aucun moment empiété sur notre intimité. Ils ont rendus notre séjour encore plus mémorable. C'est très rare de rencontrer des propriétaires aussi généreux et chez qui nous avons le sentiment d'être à la maison, alors merci merci merci à eux !! Nous conseillons à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent se retrouver dans un havre de paix, magnifique, proche de grandes villes et de sites incroyables, à venir dans ce logement. Letty ont été des hôtes charmants, discrets et à notre écoute. Un accueil chaleureux, un site magnifique au calme ! la piscine et ses équipements à notre entière disposition nous ont permis de nous reposer après des journées bien remplies. l'appartement est bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Le village est idéalement situé à 30 minutes de la mer et de sites pittoresques, cascades, chemins, et le marché du mardi matin est incontournable, magnifique : on a envie de goûter à tout !! On y reviendra dès que possible !! Les propriétaires accueillant, souriant. Ils sont disponibles, toujours présent pour dire bonjour et demander si nous avons besoin de rien. La maison magnifique, silencieux spacieux. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très accueillants et soucieux de notre confort et de notre tranquillité tout au long du séjour. Le propriétaire a pris soin de préparer une documentation permettant de sélectionner les points d'intérêt dans la région. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sans aucune gêne. L'appartement est propre et tout équipé; il y a tout ce qu'il faut. A notre sens, idéal pour une famille car il offre malheureusement peu d'intimité durant la nuit en particulier (une simple paroi coulissante sépare la chambre des wc et de la cuisine/autre couchage). Un supermarché est à 20 mn de marche, tout comme le centre du village. Une voiture est indispensable pour tout autre déplacement ou pour simplement trouver un petit peu d'animation (à min. 30km). Cela étant, le marché du mardi au village vaut vraiment la peine!
