Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally. We had plenty of room and the property was very comfortable. The pool area was a nice area, very enjoyable and clean. The AC worked well...if you were in the lower level. The upper level got very warm even after leaving all windows, blinds, and curtains shut and all vents were open. Other than that, it is a nice property. Lots of stairs which wasn't a burden for us, but we did notice a few senior guests who were struggling. This is the perfect property for smaller groups of people! We had 2 couples and a infant and was very nice and clean! The property is up on a hill so you need to drive to most of the things you are doing. If you have a trailer you have to park the trailer parking is down below at the harbor village trailer parking area. There is only 1 spot you could park a trailer close to the property. It was clean and very close to everything we wanted. Natalie was very good to respond to things we needed. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts and the marina was very close. I forgot to print the lockbox code, and couldn't get internet outside of the residence, either through phone or free internet service, thus I couldn't get in property since I didn't have the access code. I had to wait about 45 minutes for a call back to get access to property. Other than that, the stay was great. We are returning to another property at Bear Lake in July. We are looking forward to that stay. It is also through VRBO ##### Dave F.
