Townhome 26 at Waterdance - Sleeps 16, 4 Bed-4.5 Bath with shared outdoor pool

  • Waterdance Bldg G, unit 26 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 master bedroom on the main floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and attached bathroom in each bedroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a small playroom.
    Master Bedroom: Main Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
    Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
    Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
    Fourth Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Twin Bunks - Sleeps 4
    Can be combined with unit 25 in building G to sleep a total of 32.

    All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.

    Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

    We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

    We do not allow pets in this home.

Nice Place

We enjoyed out stay here. The place was clean and easy to access. There are lots of things to do at the recreation center. However, when we were there it was very busy. Adam was so nice to work with and made our stay enjoyable. I would stay here again. The only downside was the beds are a little hard for my family's liking - but they adjust and massage :)

Great for families with young kids

The location of this townhome was great, we were within walking distance to town. The best part was the pool since we had several kids in our group. The kids enjoyed playing restaurant in the playhouse upstairs. Overall it was a very memorable trip and would recommend this location to others.
