  • This incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a 4th floor unit, you will have some of the best possible views of the lake! The condo is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.

    Water's Edge Building D Suite 402 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:
    Master: King - sleeps 2
    Bedroom #2: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
    Bedroom #3: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
    Living Room - Queen pull out couch - sleeps 2

    (There is currently a construction project between the condo and the lake, there is no construction at Water's Edge)

Awesome Location

We took two families with little kids and loved the location. We were able to walk right down to the public lake access (although the water is high right now).
