Very nice home, not all that clean, great parking, easy to book, easy to check in and leave, wi-fi did not work also your tv programing is pathetic. It was ok because we were too busy to watch much. Wifi is the bigger deal. Would stay there again.

Holiday Haven

The house was beautiful, clean and fit our crew very well! I guess we didn't understand from the pictures and/or wording that the house was not on or close to the water. It was quite difficult to get all the paddleboards, life vests, awnings, kids, food and water down to the beach each day. Having Packing up 3 vehicles each day was not an easy task. If you have a property close to the water, we'd be open to that for next year!

Family vacation

The house was beautiful, super clean, it had everything we needed including lots of parking space. The check in process was super easy! We would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to stay there again.

We have been renting a home every year in Bear Lake for the last 7 yrs. This home is by far the best!!! Clean! Roomy, packed with the little extras and conveniences. Like enough TP, paper towels. Pots, pans, bowls. They even provided a few treats, pancake mix and syrup! They have more than one King bed and the others were queen. The gas stove wasn’t heating properly and they sent a repairman the next morning. 2 refrigerators and 4 garbage cans in the kitchen!!!’All our kids commented on best one yet!

New - Clean - Amazing Views - A few inconveniences

Positive: Large, covered outdoor deck. Private bedrooms. 2 Refrigerators. Easy parking for 6+ vehicles - large screen with video games for kids downstairs - comfy beds - ACCESS TO IDEAL BEACH A MAJOR PLUS Inconveniences: No grass or landscaping yet around cabin - no instructions on how to program/operate thermostat to regulate A/C resulting in hot rooms sometimes and cold other times - high mattresses make it difficult to get into bed & cannot sit on bedside - clicking noise from master bedroom ceiling fan can interfere with sleep. WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN especially when inconveniences corrected!

Clean house!

The house was very clean! I feel that the size of the living spaces are smaller for a group of 17. We were on top of each other in the kitchen/family room/dinning room. The beds were all very squishy. No one slept well. The bunk beds are made for just kids, although they are queen size. They are just a mattress on top of a few 2x4 crosswise. The adults' felt the wood underneath. I think the "Private beach Access" was a little deceiving. Maybe I miss the information about the beach being several miles away. At that there wasn't much beach at Ideal beach. I think it was over priced for the quality of the home and furnishings.

Great place for a family reunion! Lots of space to spread out plus the deck and view are amazing!

Our family enjoyed our weekend stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the washer/dryer. Ideal Beach was great and the fireworks were fun from the deck. Very quiet location and easy to get to - would love to stay again!

Brassie Club Summer Visit

We stayed at Brassie Club with our extended family for a vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. The kitchen has 2 fridge/freezer combos that made storing all the food easy. There are two garbage can cupboards that were perfect for our large group size. The bunkbed room was a huge hit amount all the kids with room on the floor for an air mattress. The patio had a great view of the lake. There were plenty of supplies, towels, hot water, and air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable We loved time sitting out there. A few items to note... there is no grass as of July 2022. The wild greenery was mowed so it could be played on - but it had a lot of sharp pointed weeds. So there is no outdoor play space other than the gravel driveway. It would have been really nice to have some grass to enjoy outside in the evening. There are no kid friendly dishes or utensils (kid friendly meaning unbreakable or small). Plates, bowls, and cups are all nice glass and breakable. Bring your own for little ones.

Wonderful Bear Lake Stay

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week for an extended family reunion. In total our group we had 6 homes and this one was by the far the nicest inside of all the cabins. Everything seemed brand new and very clean. The seven bedrooms were perfect for our family, and we enjoyed our week at Bear Lake. This one doesn't have anything extra on the outside like some of the other cabins but it's in a great location and there is plenty to do at the lake and surrounding area.
