Overall, we were very pleased with this condo. The location was perfectly both close to everything, and just far enough away to be private. The decor was really nice and comfy. We had all the amenities that we needed- plenty of bath linens, extra pillows and blankets, a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, coffee mugs, glasses, etc. We had great views from the balcony. Ample beds and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable and not cramped or rushed (bathrooms). The only drawbacks were that the condo really wasn't adequately cleaned for our arrival (and this was a concern when I had asked the property owner about a late checkout - She said she needed to allow her cleaning people all the time she could because she had people checking in the same day yet when we checked in, it was clearly not cleaned very well before our arrival). There was old coffee and grounds in the coffee maker. The dishwasher had not been ran before our arrival and therefore, the dishes were dirty. There was something sticky/oily on the kitchen floor that we ended up cleaning so we didn't walk in it. The double bunk downstairs really is only suitable for use on the bottom bunk. The top bunk is not stable and it felt like it might actually come tumbling down (on top of the person below). But honestly, overall, I would stay here again, and i definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay while visiting Garden City!!
