    The Space:

    Family-friendly with a gas fireplace you may not want to step away from, guests can enjoy multiple views of Bear Lake from this lovely townhouse! Two floors of balconies will ensure that everyone can enjoy the view. The downstairs game room is sure to host hours of fun, and you can enjoy access to a private patio from this level, where you can get some fresh air. If you're coming back from a fun day at the lake, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub upstairs. Guests will also enjoy seasonal access to a shared pool, hot tub, and sports courts in the neighborhood during their stay. The pool and hot tub are closed from Labor Day though Memorial Day.

    Bear Lake is just over a half mile away, perfect for groups who want to spend time at the lake but relax in a neighborhood setting. Spring and summer visitors can enjoy nine holes of fun at Bear Lake Golf Course and Bear Lake West Golf & Country Club, both within five-and-a-half miles. Winter visitors will be able to 'ski the Beav' just 14 miles away at Beaver Mountain Ski Area.
