Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

i think you should be more specific where the lobby is and parking. For first time visitors there we spent a lot of time going in circles trying to find the parking and lobby to check in.

"This property is across the street from the Guggenheim museum. The hotel has several restaurants that are very good. The breakfast is quite pricey at 35 euros per person.Staff were excellent. My one complaint was the shower which was awkward and sprayed water everywhere."
