Aiguablava apartment is a luxury beachfront apartment in Gandia Beach with amazing sea views from the large terrace. Its location is an ideal resort for large families looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade, which joins the promenade, which will allow you to take long walks by the sea. In addition, not having to cross any street makes it ideal for the elderly or families with children.
From the terrace you enjoy spectacular panoramic views, which you can enjoy 24 hours a day. The complex has a large garden around pisicna artificial, common area with TV and Wifi (which are often the football games with the neighbors), gym and tennis. #### Very well equipped apartment fab location for the beach
Very easy process, good comms and the key collection process was simple and friendly team! The apartment is easy access at the edge of town, super access to the promenade and the beach is 50m - quiet this time of year - tv is very Spanish which may be a problem for non Spanish but excellent Internet so easy www access!

Me gusta todo, el trato cuando recoges las llaves ,y el apartamento una pasada. Ubicación un 10\. Deseando volver. Pues el frigorifico queda un poco pequeño i no enfria lo suficiente. Por lo demas , todo bien.

Las vistas, la limpieza del apartamento y la cantidad de menaje a nuestra disposición. La calefacción/aire acondicionado quizá habría que revisarla. Se nota muy poco en el salón y habitaciones y bastante en la cocina.

Buenas camas (Muy agradable, descansas perfectamente). Limpieza, espacioso, buen menaje y tranquilidad. Buenas vistas a mar y montaña y en primera línea de playa. Atención al cliente excelente. Quizás el precio, un poco elevado, aunque la estancia está garantizada.

#### EXCELENTES VISTAS
El piso esta muy bien, la ubicación y los servicios que tiene son magníficos. Es ideal para los niños. El trato de Pablo genial!!!! Sin duda repetiríamos en este piso o cualquiera de esta inmobiliaria. Por poner una pega le falta menaje en la cocina como por ejemplo una pirex o similar y vasos muy justos. También las toallas de baño son escasas.

Ubicación, limpieza, facilidad de acceso a la playa, servicios disponibles (garaje, gimnasio, piscina), aire acondicionado, magnifica terraza, orientación del apartamento, pero en especial el fantástico trato dado por Pablo. Cambiar las sartenes disponibles por unas nuevas.
