This sandy beach with dunes, and the pedastrian promenade make the area special for thouse who want to enjoy a relaxing holidays but even with all the services near. The building was renovated few years ago and have a infinity pool (not edge), two tennis courts and padel court and one area of shadow next to the swiming pool. The interior of the apartment residence was designed by renowned architect and interior designer, with modern design. Kitchens are outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and Italian cabinetry. Bathrooms also have Italian cabinetry with designer fixtures and faucets by Porcelanosa. Condo comes equipped with smart home technology. The terrace has been glaced so you can also enjoy it if this the whole year. High speed wifi connection, International channels to enjoy the perfect holidays. About the car, we recommend you to book the parking spot, there are not enough for each neighbour so if you don´t do it in advance then we can not offer you one. If you are coming from June to September we recomnend to book it. Anyway, you can park outside for free. There was plenty of space for our family of five with a stunning view of the beach. It had everything needed. Once we found the apartment it was easy to get in using the app. While there we had to reach out twice to the property manager and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, there is a supermarket close by as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to the center of Gandía and only 45 minutes to Valencia.
