It is a residential area, with less density of tourists. You will find the sailing area where children and adults can do windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing. There are even paddle surf yoga classes and then a healthy breakfast in the Chiringuito. The apartment is located on the 6th floor. It is completely renovated and has air conditioning both in the living room and in the rest of the rooms. Free WIFI for homeoffice is good. You will enjoy beautiful sea views from the terrace. In winter is equipped with duvets. Heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, juicer, blender, pots, ... everything you may need for a long vacation. The complex has the longest pool on Gandia beach with 32 meters long and garden area.
