TINGLADOS puerto Solo Familias! Apartment located in the port of Gandia, three hundred and fifty metres from Venice beach, and about seven hundred metres from Gandia beach. In the vicinity of all types of services. Small and comfortable accommodation on the first floor (no lift). It has a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, another with a double bed. The latter with a ceiling fan. Small and practical bathroom with shower tray. The common area, where you will spend most of your time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen with a central island, with a large window and access to a small balcony with views of the iconic sheds of the port of Gandia. Beautiful apartment, fully renovated this spring, where you can enjoy fabulous holidays. Offers air conditioning in the living-dining room, and WIFI service. Capacity for 4 people PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum of 10 kilos (£7/night) NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them! The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable. The beach of Gandia with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine, white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or beach sports. It offers restaurants, bars and beach bars throughout the year.
