"The place is awesome. The moment you walk in, the place smells so good and fresh. The room is so clean, nice, modern and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. We had the chance to talked to the owner and his very pleasant and helpful and gave us more info of the areas. The only downfall is it’s far from the airport. It’s about an hour drive. But otherwise , it’s highly recommended and I will give it a five star. ⭐️"

"It is a very good choice for a basic 1-2 night stay in the area near Gmunden. The room was modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast at the outside restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel was very good. This is a hotel without a front desk. When we had a problem with our room, we called the emergency phone number at 10PM. The lady that answered was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a new room in 5 minutes. The tech-based automated check-in procedure was BAD. We booked through hotels.com, immediately got a message from the hotel saying we will get check-in instructions 3 days before our stay. No check-in instructions arrived. I tried the check-in section on their website -- it did not function. I called them on the phone -- the person was very nice, said they have a problem with one of the tech providers but, no worry, there are check-in terminals at the hotel. We arrive at the hotel, tried the first check-in terminal and we get a message that the system does not recognize our reservation. We were about to call them on the phone when my partner suggested to try the second check-in terminal and this one worked smoothly. In summary, it is a nice hotel with good value for money, but, if you rely to technology to replace humans, the technology BETTER WORK otherwise it is a poor customer experience."
