"We had a wonderful stay at this lake house on Barren River Lake! Every year we do an annual “swarming” with my dad’s brother and sister and their spouses — kind of like a mini family reunion — and this home was perfect for our group of four adult couples.One of the things we loved most was that everyone could enjoy their own private bathroom while still having plenty of spaces to gather together. We spent our evenings around the fire pit sharing stories and laughs, and enjoyed meals together around the large table, which made the trip feel extra special.The location was also great for exploring the area. We had a fun time visiting the Amish Markets and enjoyed a great meal at Rusty’s Lakeside Pub.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we hoped for for our family getaway. We made wonderful memories here and would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful countryside, amazing host! Cute , private , peaceful apartment. Close to Edmonton, but away from any noise! Fresh eggs for breakfast a plus! Can’t wait to go back when I have more time to explore trails and visit animals! Give this cozy beautiful place 5 stars! And 10 for the host! Recommend this peaceful place to all!!"
